SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 7 days to receive your order. We try to ship same day or next, but occasionally there may be a delay in order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. In order to ensure you receive our shipping status emails, please add orders1@forgivenjewelry.com to your address book. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail or phone if there was an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on the total merchandise cost and the shipping method you choose
Standard Shipping via USPS Priority Mail
We prefer to ship using Priority Mail, and orders shipped this method arrive in 2-3 days from shipment date, not order date (see shipping policy above). You should receive tracking information via the email address you provided during checkout, if you did not and want to track your order's progress, email us at orders1@forgivenjewelry.com
UPS 2 Day Air
Your order arrives in 2 business days from the ship date. UPS 2nd Day Air delivery is available to street addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii only. UPS 2nd Day Air is not an option for a PO Box, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses.
Overnight via Express Mail or UPS Next Day Air
Your order arrives in 1 business day from the ship date. UPS Next Day Air delivery is available to street addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii only. UPS Next Day Air is not an option for a PO Box, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses. **It may be a good idea to phone or email us to verify that your order is shipping out overnight.** Saturday delivery is standard with USPS, and UPS charges an additional free for Saturday delivery (please call us for UPS Saturday delivery)
Priority Mail International
Please allow 6-10 business days to receive your order. Please note that customs fees will most likely apply to all international shipments. Unfortunately, there is nothing FORGIVEN JEWELRY can do to eliminate these charges.
Express Mail International

Order the wrong size ring? Don't like your item? No problem! Return to us in a padded envelope or box with your contact information and instructions. It's that easy and hassle free!
If your ring does not fit and you would like to exchange it for another size or style, please return via first class mail in a padded or bubble envelope along with your name, address, and instructions.(Please check the website to make sure the size you want is available)
