Item LC92 - Mood Cross Choker that features the "Mood" epoxy inside a cross pendant. Just like the style of mood jewelry from the 1970's mood rings that were all the rage ( trending by today"s standards, LOL ).  This cross if filled with a very heat sensitive thermochromic color fill. This fast acting thermochromic mood color epoxy will smoothly transition to many shades of colors with a touch of a warm or cold finger. Fun to watch it in action. The mood cross is made from a lead free /nickle free silver zinc alloy and the choker is strung on a black cotton cord with beads that measure 18 inches long. This choker has a  lobster claw closure for easy on easy off application.

Its a unique cross necklace that you can have loads of fun trying to get the cross to change all the colors of God's rainbow (Genesis 9:13) . This cross pendant is engraved with a deep channel in the center of the pendant. Once all the metal is removed we pour in the reactive heat sensitive epoxy. When the mood epoxy is hardened in a few hours it creates a nice layer of heat sensitive epoxy that is colorful and smooth. The cross pendant alone is made from high quality zinc alloy, with textured backside.

The mood ring was created in 1975 by two New York inventors, Josh Reynolds and Maris Ambats, who bonded liquid crystals with quartz stones set into rings. I have since lost mine, but I purchase one in 1976. It was so cool that it rapidly became a huge fad in the 1970s. I still love mood jewelry and it is a fad that will never die.
