Do I need to size up on a wide band ring?
Yes, it will feel tighter than your normal size because more metal is covering the skin on your finger, we recommend you select one size larger for a more comfortable fit
Why doesn’t my Spinner Ring spin easily?
oops... some polishing compound may be the reason. Sometimes the polishing paste gets underneath the spinner band and dries. When this happens it will not spin. 99.5% of the time, if you wash your spinner in hot water and put dish soap on the spinner and twist the spinner it will wash out any old dry compound. Some people use baby oil to lube it up. Your spinner ring should spin like the wind. Contact us if you still have problems with it

What is my ring size?
The best way to know is get your finger sized if at all possible. Any place that sells jewelry should be able to help you determine your correct size. Plastic sizers, measuring stings and paper rules are highly unreliable in determining your correct size. We do not manufacture half sizes, so it’s best to order up to the next size. The most popular women sizes are 7,8,9 (ring, middle, index finger) and men sizes are 9,10,11
What are your necklace lengths?
Our soft black rubber cord is 22” with a 2” extender chain. Our aluminum ball chain is 30” but can easily be cut to any length desired with wire cutters or household scissors. Our stainless steel curb chain is 24” but we can custom cut it to any size you want, just let us know. The leather cord that we have is 22”. Check out our YouTube channel here for a video on how to select a size.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Avoid letting the jewelry come into contact with abrasive materials and/or chemicals such as chlorine, saltwater, etc. With some individuals, perspiration and continual skin contact may cause a chemical reaction and the finish or laser etched text will fade quickly.  We do not recommend wearing while swimming or in the shower while bathing. To clean your jewelry, use a warm, soapy water soak and a ultra soft brush.  Forgiven Jewelry products are designed to last for many years, andproper care is an important part of keeping your jewelry looking its best.
