Shipping policy

We try to ship same day from Northern Ohio. We provide tracking numbers. We ship our orders using the USPS. We offer free first class shipping, that generally take 4-5 days to get to California and 2-3 days to surrounding states around Ohio. If you need it sooner we offer priority mail. If your is late use your tracking number at your local post office for details. PLEASE NOTE we are not the post office and cannot control how or when it will be delivered. We do our part to get YOUR order to the post office, once it leaves our hands it out of our control. Everyone thinks we are the post office or somehow we determine how the post office handles forgiven jewelry orders, it’s just not true! We will try to contact them for you, but you must contact them also. If you have a return, you must pay to get it shipped back to get a full refund. Thx :)
