Shipping Policy

We ship from Rootstown Ohio (zip code 44272) Monday-Friday and sometimes on Saturday.  Orders usually within 1-2 days of receiving them.  Your order will arrive in your mailbox as a small padded envelope.  

You will receive an email update that contains your tracking information.  If you don't receive the email please contact us and we will send it to you. jill@forgivenjewelry.com or call/text 330-325-0450

Our preferred shipping method is USPS First Class Mail $1.99 which is 2-5 day delivery (see the map below). Priority Mail $9.99 is 2-3 day delivery and is available at an additional cost.  International shipments (approx $15.99) can take 4-6 weeks or longer depending on where you live (and the tracking number may not get updated on the journey to you). Free USA Shipping on orders of $19.98 or more.

Don't forget that holidays could delay your order by a couple days - so plan accordingly. Also, don't forget that we are not the post office and have no control over your order once it leaves our office.
