Greetings! Welcome to the month of February, the shortest month of the year. With that being said, there’s a lot going on, a lot we need to cram in 28 days. We thought it would be fun to put together some things for you to check out and enhance your enjoyment of February.

PHYSICAL 💪🏼: Take care of yourself by healthy living. February is American Heart Month and we need reminded to consider risk factors and also tips to prevent heart disease and stroke
MENTAL 😊: cultivate an attitude of love for others, in your words and actions.

Feb 7th is “Send a card to a friend day” You could make a card, send a funny meme via social media, or head out and buy a card to put in the mail.
Feb 14th "Valentines Day" - how about some chocolates for yourself or to share? Here's a link for our favorite local chocolates MALLEY'S . (The chocolate covered potato chips are incredible!) 
Feb 17th is "National Random Acts of Kindness Day" So, consider doing something nice for someone on this day. Even a kind word will brighten anyone's day!
SPIRITUAL 🙏🏻: Memorize & Meditate on scriptures - especially scriptures related to the HEART, for the month of February

FEBRUARY IS PIE MONTH!!! Do you love Pie? Any kind of pie? Like Fruit filled, cream or savory pie? You’re in luck because it’s pie month! All month long. Make sure to get some Cherry pie on February 20th, because that day is National Cherry Pie Day
BIRD FEEDING MONTH: We love birds, have feeders all around our house. Our favorites are the Red Headed Woodpecker, and Red Wing Blackbird.
